I spoke with proper flutter devs, and most say flutterflow is great if you want to make something super basic and that wont be scaled or be maintained. Otherwise, if you want to make an app that will be your main source of income or something for a company/client where you will constantly be adding new features and tackling bugs and other issues, you're better off learning flutter itself and coding the app yourself including the UI.

Also flutterflow does many package imports for no reason whatsoever.

In short, actually learn the code and dont bother trying to ease the process. Take it from me as I learn it the hard way. Don't try to escape and/or waste time on learning, learn to get good at whatever it may be.

Then use such tools to save time, I can see flutterflow used more like figma to visualize the app layout and it's path/screen tree.

Material3 for compose provides most of the functionality in the mentioned libraries, also I prefer coding the interface as for ex. I can make it easily scalable.
