It’s because stealing it is more trouble than it’s worth. It’s a unique blade that everyone knows about. There’s no way you could use it or sell it discreetly. No blade is worth inviting that kind of smoke.

I have three reasons as to why nobody attempted

1. WB has many allies. If you so much as defile the grave, you're dead.

2. Someone very strong is probably tending the grave. Can't let WB's grave be forgotten.

3. Have you seen the size of it?

I love how we forget how loved and known whitebead was, no normal seller would take the risk of buying it, and plenty still have respect for the deads and for the strongest man in the world

1) WB was huge! You gotta be pretty big to wield it and even then you need the strength to swing that thing around.

2) Most giants are in alliance with Shanks since Elbaf is Shank’s territory so that rules out the giants that would be capable of using it.

It’s been so badass seeing shanks not fuck around. He has a reputation to withhold which protects so many people and he has no hesitation destroying people for that. What he did to Bart was cold as hell 😂

There’s also the fact that except for Blackbeard and a few pirates in Kaido’s crew, pirates seem to follow a sort of moral code. Big Mom stated that even pirates have standards and Kaido honored a debt he had to Big Mom even though it was an old one. There’s a good chance no one would want to steal it and the people that do know that they won’t be able to steal it without major repercussion.
