I suppose If I stay near a person only for 9.5 minutes, virus will not have a chance to get to me???? I'd like to see studies about it, if of course it exists.

I'd like to see all of these people including governor to wear face coverings during your meetings. True leader leads by doing not by talking. Be an example to your people. Wear it first. I don't mind wearing it if governor himself sets the example. Also, I'd like to know who does Mr. Governor's hair. I hope he's not using a barber since it's a violation of his own order.

Governor Cooper hi...ima a high risk person that is still waiting on my Tax Refund 2018 and 2019 so I can have my basic necessities met like Food Meditation Rent BUT the IRS has NOT issued my Stimulus though I have been contacting them 2months now.
They said I need to call for an appointment but they Won't Answer their Phones😳Please Advise Me What to Do Next.

I think just wait and see in 14 days for the phase 1 is not long enough. Covid 19 incubation period can last to 21 days. I think 3 weeks would be more safer...
