Vegan Ceviche

Ingredients:
2 cans of hearts of palm 
2 tomatoes 
1 avocado 
½ of a red onion 
⅓ cup of cilantro 
The juice of 3 limes 
Salt
Red pepper flakes 

Chop up all of the ingredients and combine them in a bowl together. Add the lime juice, salt and red pepper flakes and mix to combine. For extra flavor, chill in the refrigerator for one hour or more. When ready to serve, add the ceviche on top of some tostadas and top with hot sauce or salsa. Enjoy!
