If you haven't already I highly recommend checking out Lennon The Bunny on YouTube. She has a lot of great videos for first time bunny owners and clears up a lot of misconceptions about caring for rabbits. I find most of the time people try to care for bunnies as if they are large hamsters when in actuality the space they need, bowl to drink water from/eat, etc is more comparable to a cat or small dog. So excited for Filia I'm sure she's going to be a great bunny mom❤️🥰

this is AWESOME I have some tips if you would like to read them (I'm sure you've done your own research but I'd love to share if thats ok)
check your bunnys teeth and nails every so often sometimes teeth overgrow and the vet will need to file them down (however my bunny barely chews anything hard and her teeth are fine)
research calicivirus (im not sure how prevalent it is in your part of the world but if its common please consider getting the yearly vaccination
also watch out for mosquitos and fleas they can carry Myxomatosis which can be fatal
and my bunny LOVES roses
this will be such a good lesson for filia shes so happy its so sweet

Just be mindful they chew up internet wires, walls, whatever else they can find if they are out their cage unsupervised so you got to watch them.

Bunnies make wonderful pets they can even be litter train ours does not even use a cadge

Happy birthday Filia🥳So awesome you got a bunny!! They are amazing animals. I have to agree with somebody else about the channel from Lennon the Bunny. She has great advise! We got a rescue bunny 2 years ago and he is free roaming the house when we are home. Otherwise he is in his room. It feels more like a small dog indeed. He is trained on a litter box and never chews anything (but i guess that’s just luck). Filia have fun with her!! I’m very curious about the name you will choose/have chosen.

Happy Birthday Filia! Rabbits are quick hoppers. It gonna be fun chasing it around. I couldn’t count how many times my rabbit escaped the yard and we had to chase it down the street.

I know this video is from 2 years ago, but rabbits really need a rabbitsfriend to feel happy en safe. And those outdoorcages the breader has are way to small. Rabbits need to run around.
