BTW i was there in Dubai when Cigar won the richest horse racing event in the world in 1996 (*Dubai World Cup.)
Cigar slaughtered the rest of the field.Cigar was a wonderful horse brilliantly ridden by Bailey. Saudi cup 2023 has $20m for the first prize.Frankie Dettori is odds on fav to win Saudi Derby 2023 riding Havnameltdown.

Not including Vincent O'Brien in the top 10 makes the list meaning less. The original master of Ballydoyle is the greatest trainer of all time. The list is heavily biased in favour of American trainers.
