You need to request his video footage. It will show him adding the speeding to the ticket after you asked him to explain the ticket. They have to release the footage to you, or your lawyer. Hold jackass accountable and make a huge video of it.

He TOTALLY added the speeding part after you asked him about the muffler. When you asked him to turn the radio down, he wrote more on the ticket and you can be certain he added the speeding part at that time. He needs to be fired!

I'm impressed. You're very well spoken. You explained this incident calmly and completely accurate. As a US citizen. I definitely believe he retaliated against you. Sliding that speeding onto the ticket was extremely sneaky and unethical. Especially after he stated. "Loud Exhaust". He did so you would loose in front of a judge. Speeding with a loud exhaust! "He's delaying my duties right now". That's a threat of another ticket or possible arrest. His duty, at that moment, was to explain the charges on the ticket he was giving you.

You forgot to mention that he literally bullied/threatened you into signing the ticket. He said you were holding up his investigation by not signing it which is a crime. All before he explained the entirety of the ticket.
