Appreciate all you do. I just launch my 1st restaurant business here in Bristol. I Got the grant for £35, 000 ( c'mon... not much, but it a really good start and kick off for me and I'm very happy of fulfilling my Long Term goal to open my 1st restaurant at age 30).

Please be very careful if disabled, long term sick or coloured. I Went for a boiler change as mine broke mid winter and managed to get a government disabled grant to pay half the costs of replacing the boiler with an eco combi boiler. Whilst the boiler being fitted, In my own property in the afternoon, i was racially abused by a tenant of rotherham metropolitan Borough Council. Within 24 hours of the di 2:00 sabled grant boiler fitted I was served antisocial behaviour / noise warnings for having it fitted. I complained about this and the racism but no response. Just another antisocial behaviour warning for having the boiler fitted in my property. So be very careful of labour councils. The tenant continued to racially abuse me in regards my colour, health and disabilty. Again i complsined to rotherhem council but no response. Just promised phone calls that i never received and more antisocial behaviour warnings to me. The tenant given a 3 bedroom tenancy afterwards.
