The USDA explained to me that the Federal government gives money to power companies/non-profits in the form of loans which they pass on to us and very low interest. Then some of the money is to be given out in the form of grants!! You just have to call and tell them what your needs/problems are and they will either fix you up with a low interest loan or a grant if you meet their low income/emergency need requirements! It's not that hard, just give them time to work the system for you and you will get the help you need!!

Matthew, you might try tai chi or qi gong as exercise. It has been shown to help with balance and flexibility (falling and also not picking feet up enough). Wishing you the best!
