Nobel Prizes in Economics started in 1969. The U.S. has won 61 times. The next highest number is England with 9. During that almost exact time period there has been, acording to the Rand Center, a "transfer" of wealth of approximately $50 Trillion Dollars from the bottom 90% of people to the top 1%. The people of the United States can't take any more Nobel Prize winners

I don't see why they should have a nobel prize for economics at all. The field of economics is questionable as to it's authenticity and expertise. Unlike chemestry or english or history or physics, economists can't even agree on basic definitions, let alone being able to predict anything.

It should be known that "Nobel Prize in Economics" doesn't exist. It is called "Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel". In other words, an award given by Swedish central bank.

Nobel prize for physics and economics have lost credibility nowadays

I don't know as much as you do Mr professor but I know one thing America is not what it used to be when Nancy pelosi can do inside trading when Obama is running his fourth term when Biden should be in convalescent homes and they made him president this country is finished there is no hope for this country

It´s NOT a Nobel prize. Even though all the Nobel prices are bad imperial jokes, the Price in Economics isn´t even allowed to call itself a Nobel price, by law. The Swedish National Bank bribed the Nobel-nomenklatura economicly to be able to attache the name of Nobel, but it was a political price from the beginning, consciously created for the domination of the Chicago school.
