Tracey has spent twenty years at Oxford SaÏd Business School as an Associate Fellow with a focus on designing and directing leadership programmes for businesses and government. She is the Co-Founder and Director of Thompson Harrison, a leadership consultancy. Throughout her career, she has helped students and leaders collaborate, express themselves, take risks, and be open to new ideas.
