Amazing Rescues of Missing Kids Found in Fields

These missing kids were found in fields. In 2018, after a 12-hour search, a little girl was rescued in a cornfield with her puppy by her side. In 2015, baby Rainn Peterson was found by a volunteer after two days of being lost in a field half a mile from her great grandparents' home. In 2023, a search for a little boy lost in an Ohio cornfield ended with good news. Inside Edition Digital's Andrea Swindall has more.

I don't know how they do it. One second they're playing in front of you. You blink and suddenly the house is wrecked or they're waving at you from Mars.

But you'd give anything for them to stay that adorable for an extra couple of years. I miss the cuddles and the little teeth smiles.

I raised 4 kids and lost one for few minutes at a mall back in the 90’s I could have died right then could not begin to think how a parent gets through this. I have a grandson 19m old and I watch him daily never ever take my eyes off him. He is fast and could be out of my sight in a minute. So frightening … so glad all these babies were found and were well!

To anyone who says that parents should always be watching/monitoring their kids, that’s easier said than done. As the Inside Edition crew points out, it’s easy to get lost in a cornfield or in a field of tall grass. Monitoring kids 24/7 is close to impossible, especially as they get older and more independent.

I went out in the backyard alone with my friend big pony horse, we did wandering out around the cornfield, my pony follow whatever I goes but never did get lose, my pony was always protect and watch for me.

If you have kids and live near corn fields like this you surely need to have a bracelet tracker on your kids - to keep them safe.

I am thankful that they found the kids. But if I am ever a parent. I would make sure that I would never leave my kid unattended. I would always make sure that I am there.

Honestly dogs can be very rewarding. Dogs should be granted health insurance for a reasonable price that way more people can have this gift from God.
