I love how the Armorer is like that teacher I had in school. Always 100% serious, always a little severe, never tells jokes, never says anything sugary, but cares for her flock so deeply.

Grogu rejecting the Jedi path was the right call. He obviously feels safe with the Tribe and I believe he does see them as his family.

It’s my head canon that’s the armorer thinks of Grogu as her adorable grandchild, but to restrain herself from dotting him due to her position and the way of Mandalorian culture.

Grogu's walk I believe is Old School practical effects. The stage that the puppet sets on has two slots in it. Up through those two slots are control sticks that connect to him. When he is called to walk, they work the sticks to make him appear to walk. Well done, its barely perceptible and almost believable. This was well done and the untrained eye will go he IS walking!".
