I love the Armorer as a character. She's a leader of the Watch but understands that The Way is larger than just their way alone. She uses her words to guide and instruct but rarely does she issue personal commands, leaving the listener to understand the choices and decide for themselves.

I loved this ending, but I really wish this season had taken the time to expand on Din’s character without his helmet. No scene in this series is more beautiful than when Din removed his helmet for Grogu before send him off with Luke, and I wish we’d seen more of that.

Out of all the races in Star Wars, the Mandalorians, not so much a race, but a collection of species and people who have chosen to follow a path of honor, discipline, and service is something to be admired. Din adopted Grogu, a completely alien species to his own, without reservation, fear, or prejudice, and called him son. Not just his own, but a son of Mandalore itself.

This is why Mandalorians gained such power and fear. They didn't fear the other, they didn't fear the unknown. They took fear and prejudice and forged it into a weapon stronger than even Beskar, Mandalorian Iron. Grogu stands as a testament to the tolerance Mandalore exhibits. You simply follow the way, speak the creed, and hold to the standards of the Mandalorian people and anyone can become a Mandalorian. For proof? Simply look at Darth Maul. He led the Deathwatch. And beat Pre Vizsla in a fair fight and claimed the Darksaber for himself. Even pissing off Palpatine in the process when Palpatine told Maul: "You have become a rival!!!!"

I think the armorer knows that Grogu is rare and it would be wiser to keep him with them rather than end up with the wrong crowd and not just that she cares and likes grogu but it shows how wise she really is as a mandolorian
