this is exactly correct, you can love a villain character for the way they're written or their personality or whatever but as long as you are not saying that it is okay to do the villainess actions or try to do those actions yourself there is no issue with it

Remember kids. Endorsement and excusing is when you say a bad action is good. Not when you explain that multiple factors outside of the character itself can contribute to what they do.

This! You're allowed to enjoy shows when enjoying them
1 doesn't create active harm (99% don't)
2 you aren't replicating the actions of the bad people (like Slushie said)
3 you're enjoying it critically (basically, don't put it on a pedestal)

Other than that, the rest of the stuff is how you then go out into the world and behave. But generally, so long as you aren't causing others harm, enjoy whatever tf you want.
