Compositing in AfterEffects! | Blender to AfterEffects Compositing Workflow

In this quick tutorial, I'll be showing you my Blender to AfterEffects Compositing workflow, i.e. how I composite my RenderLayers in AfterEffects.

When rendering an animation should I use mp4 format or png format.
Also if I use png format that can I use blender again to convert it to mp4.
What is the advantage of rendering in png format?
