Really lovely work, My advice for you is to stabilize your shot AFTER the CG is done and well integrated into your shot that way you get a much better solve (that's because wrap stabilizer basically distorts the shot in order to stabilize it and therefore makes it harder to solve appropriately by the 3D tracker )

May I ask that after you animate the drone in blender, did you render it out as png seq and import in AE for final compositing or you did something else? Thanks

It will be better to export your PNG sequence at 50% in blender to read your scenes easily
