Still having trouble updating my Scott E ride with X20. You can’t do this upgrade unless the last old system update is done. That’s the problem I can’t update it. The US customer service hasn’t been able to assist me to update. I’ve contacted Mahle twice about it no response at all. Mahle customer service is non existent. I love the Scott but Mahle not so much.

I am facing a critical issue with my Rose Reveal E-Bike equipped with the Mahle X20 motor. During a software update, my system crashed due to a Bluetooth error.

The bike is now stuck in update mode, with the status LED consistently showing purple at around 10-20%. Occasionally, the LED blinks black and then reverts to the purple state. By pressing the power button for an extended period, I can turn off the bike. However, holding the button down again turns it back on and returns it to the purple status.

Unfortunately, I am unable to connect my smartphone to the bike as well

I have the x35. No local dealers have the expensive cable needed to do firmware updates.
