I concur that a rating system for board games should be implemented. Something mirroring the video game ratings would be intuitive to many consumers. Putting an age rating on the box isn't enough to inform a consumer of the maturity of themes the game contains.

Nettersplays continuing to be the unsung hero of BGB. Really enjoy your consistent quality and spotlighting of some less mainstream titles.

Did anyone notice Netter's bird pecking at the dish of tokens? Gave me a chuckle.

Board game Librarian, this was a very fascinating segment. We always sing, "The Bells of Notre Dame" when we play. Such a great game as well!

Get well soon Rhino! Also enjoyed the card game suggestion and will definitely give that a shot with a few mates/beers so thanks Matthew!

I love the codename from Jamey on that now. It makes sense. Been trying to wrack my brain on what the codename meant.

Please keep comparing games. It helps in so many ways. Maybe some people look at it as unfair or hurts a games sales but it can also make someone grab a game because it is comparable to a favorite. Just because one game is better than another doesn't mean fans of the genre or theme or mechanisms don't want to try both. I might use a comparison to avoid a game in some instances but usually only when there is a huge gap in the two or maybe even so close to the same that owning both is not worth it. But most times it helps in a "hey I like game A so maybe game B is right up my alley. Thanks Tom for the thoughts though that came along with this segment.

Ive said this before... People should take any reviewers opinions for a grain of salt. A good reviewer will demonstrate and explain a game in a way that gives you an idea of what the experience is like.

I feel its ok to compare games to one another, and i think that the dicetower crews major asset is their experience. If one of them says "this game is like this other game" then i trust its because they have played enough games to make those comparisons. Most of the time its probably fairly accurate, but in the end, these are just opinions. A reviewer should be seen as a guide to provide info, not as an absolute ruling about the game. I feel that the dice tower crew are pretty good at it.

Shark Mania looks like it could become the next hot Restoration Games release to me. :)

Mike DiLisio / Solomode Games --- Between Two Cities is a drafting game by its very nature, and its solo variant works reasonably well, using Automa. The Solo game imitates a 3-player version with 2 automa, and you still draft the tiles around in a circle. The player gets to pick their own, and the automa use rules on cards (which change each turn) to determine which tiles to pick. I enjoyed doing this, and got the hang of the automa rules reasonably quickly.

@solomodegaming Sagrada also did a good job on the drafting mechanics by using the unused dice as a "score to beat" in the solo variant. Works wonders!

Dwarf Token. I'm loving your segments. Great to hear the perspective of a new mature gamer. Keep up the great work.

For anyone that plays games on Tabletopia, they have My Little Scythe available to play on there. It looks good and plays very well. My nine year old daughter really enjoyed playing together.

My kids have enjoyed Shark Mania. It was especially fun when my daughter, who was probably 4 when we got it, was playing because she added in an element of chaos. She's 6 now and is better about taking her turn in a timely fashion and handing off the dice, so the game has lost a tiny bit of luster, but it's still fun.

@solomode games You should try Sylvion. It has a nice solo draft at the start of the game as well.
