On my pc i must do this all the time and my pc does not show me a blank screen only but it shows me CMD. So every-time i restart my pc i must do this process again. Please help

The problem is that it does it everytime i start my pc. Also i can't clip the menu nor play games because it says that it missing some .dll file. This happend after i got a blue screen.

When i type explorer.exe in run new task windows shows

"windows cannot find explorer.exe, make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try"

It doesn’t work for me. It just opens up my Files>Quick Access, then it now made my pc have a problem that anything I open it will say the program is not responding and I will not be able to open anything or close anything. I rebooted it and that’s my new problem. I’m thinking about selling my pc now
