Hi folks, have you noticed the similitude of interfaces between softwares? Me too, I happened to be using Thryv for about 6 months, but the membership was too high for me, so I started to look for alternatives. I found VCita. I asked an employee from Thryv about the similarities and she said that fact that they lease the platform from VCita. I asked the same question to the sales person in VCita and he confirmed the same.

Thryv added some features of their own with their own branding, but is essentially the same platform.

I thought Thryv was just a rebranded Vcita. Thats why I asked.

Did you all knew that Vcita is the platform that Thryv runs on? Thryv leases Vcita platform with a branding layer. Same app. Different pricing. If Vcita stops their software for some imaginary reason, there will not be Thryv. I learned this from a Thryv employee.

Thryv doesn't own their CRM. It is literally a whitelabel of VCita. Suprised as a sales rep you don't know this. This is well known among other SaaS companies.
