I got my license 2 years ago with the help of this person, and I still watch every video he posts because they are very helpful. No one gonna teach you what he teaches us. Thank you! I would like a Q&A video about yourself. You make great videos in 3 languages👏 and always support new drivers. Would like to know where you are from, how you learned languages, how did you start posting videos on YouTube.

27 yo here learning to drive for the first time alone. Can't overstate how much this channel has built my confidence and encouraged me to get back out and keep practicing despite being anxious and even discouraged at times by making mistakes. Most people in the states learn how to drive at/around 16, but that's certainly not the case for everyone, particularly those growing up in low-income households. I'm sure I'm not the only one here who has taken comfort in "knowledge is power", especially when learning something unfamiliar, and that keeps me coming back to these videos to learn something new. The points where you mention common beginner mistakes and their remedies are particularly comforting. They remind me that I'm not the only one who struggles with these particular things, and we're all learning together. Thank you so much for sharing these videos and for your patient instruction.

I've been driving for decades (without incident!) but I enjoy your videos as a refresher; just making sure I'm doing the right thing when I get behind the wheel. Thank you, Carlos.

0:54: This is very important. I wore my winter boots to my first driving class and I had no clue how much I was pressing the cluth, brake or the acclerator!

I'm a licensed driver in the Philippines but I have never driven a car before. I only drove my motorcycle. I'm an immigrant here in the US for about three months now and I just got my driver permit on Monday. I have been binge watching your videos since I got my permit and I wanna thank you for making them so simple yet informative. Your instructions are easy to understand and I learned a lot! I began to practice driving two days ago and my husband was so surprised I already know how to do some things properly like turning left or right, reversing, parking (I still have to work on my parallel parking skills though), turning lanes, etc. All thanks to you, sir!

I'm really eager to learn how to drive and just doing it makes me feel that I can really do it! 😄 I feel a little more confident now in driving and it has only been three days! LOL

Again, I owe it to you! You are such a good driving instructor! 🙌🏼

Thank you for your videos! They’ve helped me immensely improve my driving. This is my first winter driving. A video on tips and tricks on safe winter driving would be great for all us up here in Canada! :)

Yes, a video on cruise control, please.

I usually keep my foot on the brake. It never occurred to me that people use it to take their feet off of the pedals.

Historically, it was supposed to be used for passenger comfort. It was invented by a blind man, who didn't like the unpredictable driving he experienced. Cruise control smoothed out the speed by keeping it consistent.

I use it to drive as fast as possible without going over the speed limit.

Yes, please do one on cruise control! I haven't used it yet, so I'm curious to learn more.

Thank you so much for your videos! I’ve been watching them for a few weeks to learn and to help ease my driving anxiety and coincidentally I was going to look for a video about this topic today. Luckily my favourite driving channel uploaded exactly what I needed 🙌🏻🚗

Thank you, I’m learning from a program where I got different teachers based on availability. most of the teachers always told me how important to look at the right place while I was on the wheel and learning. But I didn’t hear enough, and not all teachers do this. So I came here to get repetition of the right thing to focus on 👍🏻

Yeah controlling your speed can be difficult at first, but overtime you get used to how you position your foot on the accelerator pedal. Plus, the feel of the pedals are important too, especially when you switch vehicles, so you can know how fast the vehicle will accelerate depending on how much you press the pedal. I had a 2017 Toyota RAV4 and now have a 2021 RAV4, and the pedals are very different, both in feel and when accelerating.
