My Wi-Fi still doesn't recognize the internet even though I've installed the patch and can obviously go online... Any help would be greatly appreciated...

Here’s an official quote from Microsoft for people suggesting disabling IPv6:

" We do not recommend that you disable IPv6 or its components, or some Windows components may not function."

another difference is IPv4 loads in paralell and IPv6 loads in series which means IPv6 has more delay or lag!

On my home lab network IPv6 is always disabled. There's no need for me to turn it on at all. IPv4 is easier to work with.

I wonder when was this vulnerability found and what does it do exactly, because 2 days ago I opened my computer after I woke up and the screen settings were off, my wifi got reinstalled, and my pc was lagging like crazy, when I wanted to play any game I got a warning about insufficient 'vram'... ended up reinstalling the machine, I wonder if it has anything to do with this.
