Combat Power 2.8k Staff / Dagger PvP on Throne and Liberty hyperboost 2 server

The most important stat for this build is Heavy attack chance to proc extra damage on Judgment Lightning combo. However, we are stacking Damage reduction, and evasion to make this build tanky when used with redemptive barrier. I will continue to stack wisdom as I progress as it is our main damage stat.
