This takes me back. One of the only interesting series on TV in the early 90s here in the UK.

Me and a friend saw three on our family farm a few years ago. In daylight and about a hundred yards away they hovered over one of our small pastures. Lasting twenty minutes my friend first saw them high at eleven o’clock and they were like three small suns in the sky, welding arc bright. I first thought it was an airliner with landing lights on, then they blinked out. This happened about three times and when they last reappeared they were just over our pasture, except this time two were Amber and one red. The red one would wink out and reappear a few feet away in a different spot. Sometimes all three would wink out and reappear . Neither one of us thought of our phones. Looking back, we were in shock, definitely in fight or flight mode. We couldn’t have been more stunned if a T. rex came out of the woods. We felt like deer locked on a wolf. Anyway it changed our lives. We felt privileged to have seen it… when they left. Something is definitely here.
Oh, we never saw them move. Just reappear in different spots.

These events occured at least 45 years ago. Pilots even today are very cautious about sharing this type of experience. Which they would have seen far with far more clarity and resolution than any contemporary film or video. The public are still in the dark about it - probably because all our official bodies want us to stay that way.

The incidents over New Zealand (Dec. 1978) happened at the same time as the Frederick Valentich incident over Bass Strait in Australia.

My family and I saw them in South Australia over the Adelaide hills in the mid 70s.

Hi do you know why the captions are missing from this upload?. When these episodes were broadcast by ITV they displayed captions showing Michael Aspel's name and other people talking and/or being interviewed, but here there aren't any. I have seen other uploads of SBT from the Unexplained Channel and they too don't show the captions. Is there some rights issue with this?. Where has this upload come from?.

I like hearing about the sightings from the witnesses and perhaps some possible explanations; this doco is good in that regard. I'm not interested in wacky theories about ancient aliens like on History Channel.

It/they could be literally Anything you can imagine. ANYTHING.
I think it is very important to keep an open mind.
