Signs of parkinsonism observable in Biden:

- rigid gait (with specific features unique to parkinsonism)
- hypophonia (soft, weak, breathy voice)
- aphasia (trouble with finding words, mixing up words and names)
- masked facies (lack of facial expression)
- psychomotor retardation (slowing of thoughts and movements)
- diminished executive function including issues with working memory and ability to focus
- episodes of freezing up

Parkinsonism is a syndrome, or cluster of signs and symptoms, that can be caused by several diseases including Parkinson’s disease. It is a severe, progressive neurological disorder that has shown an alarming rate of progression in Biden over the last few months.

These are NOT normal signs of aging.

Med students are taught to recognise these signs via video recordings. Neurologist Dr Thomas Pitts, a Democrat and fan of Biden, has said that any student unable to recognise these signs in Biden would fail their exam.

Dr Sanjay Gupta mentioned on a CNN interview that multiple neurologists from around the world have emailed him urging that Biden should do cognitive testing for parkinsonism.

The health report released by the White House did not include FULL neurological testing and instead was a very basic form of mini-screening. When pressed on this Biden dodged the question, claiming to not need further neurological testing than what is stated in the public report.

World leaders have privately said that Biden is repeating anecdotes to them already said earlier in conversation. This is an alarming sign of dementia, which diseases that cause parkinsonism frequently progress to.
