Unions good money and benefits but alot of family and friends nepotism and you don't feel stability. That's why they gossip and talk about each other, they would rather get rid of a good worker out of fear your work ethic than to act like they need you.. once they get rid of someone decent they will say man we are just so short handed on good operators..or whatever craft ect. Protecting each other's pockets
