Ang sakit sa katawan pero worth it! Videos nyo na ang palaging pinapanuod ko kasi literal na ang sakit ng katawan ko after work out. Feeling ko, sulit na sulit! Stay safe! 💜

Nice workout sissy straggle ng loss weight q sinimulan q last Yr June hanggang October din NG stop aq NG workout 65kg ako dati din bumababa ng 61kg.tpos bumalik ulit aq NG 63kg tpos ngaun ng simula ulit aq ngaun now 61kg na ulit aq. Sana tuloy2 na. 14/7 ang fasting q nka2ya aman. Kya tnx sissy sa mga workout plan mu.
