By the time a Marvel and DC Crossover Movie finally happens, the New Avengers team would have already changed again and who knows what the state of the Justice League would even be.

Ive been calling this for 4 years now. Marvel vs DC. I said what if both sides made movies that would eventually collide as a marvel vs DC storyline like the comics. Nailed it years ago. Lol

Here's how marvel vs DC can happen now. If Warner bros can sell DC characters and property they don't need to Sony. Then that shouldn't be a problem, Sony can expand the DC universe and make a quick crossover in 2-3 years. Instead of just having unfruitful talks with both Feige and Gunn.

MARVEL would neverrr agree cuz they knw DC IS THE GOLD STANDARD OF ALL HEROS. No matter how mcu use to make $ Superman, Batman & Wonder woman are always going to be #1 mainstream heros.

Perhaps if the superhero genre as a whole ever began to die off then Marvel and DC could come to the negotiating table. But even after the recent struggles of Ant-Man 3 and the financial disaster of Shazam 2, the genre remains alive and well with plenty of excitement for the future of both franchises.

If a crossover movie does actually happen, I will die happy. But with the state of the MCU and DCEU/DCU rn, not so sure. Both of those live action franchises would need to be rebooted with fresh actors. Cuz I wanna see Ironman, cap, and Thor in a marvel dc crossover.


Maybe it would work better as an animated movie or fighting game. But feel free to prove me otherwise.

Not gonna happen. Marvel is in serious disarray and is bleeding executives. This “new” DCU isnt yet established and it would be foolish to crossover before attempting to secure dominance in the space. Not gonna happen.
