I wish these boots had existed in 92 when we all limped around in our black cadillacs. We didn't break those boots in, they broke us in.

As a former Sailor..I can tell you that this Soldier knows what He is talking about! Garmont makes excellent footwear. Especially for the price point. Very High quality! Stay strong Soldier!

As veteran, father with active duty son, we will definitely be ordering us some after viewing this video, and all the comments as well. Thank You for your service, and God Bless!

Garmont NFS boots arrived today and fit comfortably. Great recommendation on your part.Being a past ARNG 11Bravo Sp4 M79 Grenadier 1971-77 and 70+ years old I appreciate your passion and cool headed motivation and good footwear pointers.

Just used the Garmont t8 bifidas on the Norwegian ruckmarch (18.6 mile timed ruck) and got 0 blisters. Im a huge fan of the thicker sole on the t8's.

Going for 18x contract, been training the past year straight. These boots are a game changer for rucks. Literally felt so comfortable on my feet straight out the box. Appreciate the recommendation brother.

I’ve got the Garmont NFS and the Garmont Bifidas. Both are incredible boots

This is cool. When I first enlisted in 98, for training they always wanted us to wear the black basic training boots and were also trying to phase out jungle boots. When I was at Bragg you could wear whatever except inspection, it was jump boots. Then when I reenlisted and got sent 1st Cav they hated everything but the basic boot, crazy, thanks for you for your service, God bless you brother,

Man, I can't thank you enough for your honest and sincere review of these boots. Real world use and such complimentary comments lead me to purchase a pair. I picked 11W because I really do have a wide duck foot and they foot like a dream. I don't think I'll even need any break in time. Thanks again!!

I just bought a pair. Got them from GovX because Amazon didn't have my size, but you are right they tend be less on AMZ. I also bought some of those Fox River socks you mentioned in the other video. I've been out of the Army for a long time. I'm not really training up for anything, except that I'm fat and want to do some rucking so I don't get gassed out when I go hiking on vacation this summer.

This is also the advice I have heard in the military. Every single Drill Sargent I have talked to recommended them by name. I am currently breaking in my Oakley's but I can't wait to take them out for a spin

I thought back to this video when I was in the PX on family day. I looked for the T8 NFS, and immediately I knew these were the right choice. They're much better than my issued running shoes and are most likely not going to tear off anymore toenails.

I was looking for a new boot, and like you, I have wide, messed up feet. Normally I get a half size or EE. After watching your video, I took a chance and ordered a regular size. Took the boots right out of the box, laced them up and went for a 5-mile walk. I didn’t experience any hotspots or blisters, and I was able to keep up a good pace. Thank you, sir, your recommendation was spot on. You saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation.

I have no reason to want these boots or need these boots but I think this stuff is really interesting and it's nice to see a video where somebody actually gives a real answer and tells someone one answer to something that they want.

Passed my air assault 12 miler in some old junky Nike boots yesterday and I felt every step of that ruck March. Tossed those today and got the NFS, hopefully they serve me much better!

T8 Bifida. Best boot I ever bought. Although for me having a 12 Wide fit, the NFS boots seem a Lil narrow for me. Gonna have to experiment more with them. Love the quality! Planning to switch from Army to AF. Wish me luck y'all!

Garmonts are the best boots out there! I’ve had mine for about 7 years now and they’re still in pretty good condition
