Actually we do know how fast you need to go in order to make 37 years pass. You can use a time dilation calculator. Travelling at times the speed of light, or 299792.5 km/s, for 5 hours (assuming the length of the perceived flying time for the aircraft), the time observed to pass on earth by those in the aircraft would be about 37 years.
