This is all so very very sad. When surveillance cameras still had MJPEG video streaming, you could do all this locally, inside your local network, with the http protocol, no rtsp or third party websites needed. I would never feel comfortable pasting my camera IP, user and password to a third party website and then placing the camera in my room, not even the front or back yard. I would never feel comfortable, not being 100% sure someone else wasn't watching me. Some cameras still have MJPEG video compression on their secondary streams so that would be my pick.

Can we have NVR Streaming with playback options to a website

Annoyingly Channel zero only shows feeds for cameras directly powered from the NVR. It doesn't show IP ones. So you might have 16 channels recording, and 16 cameras are visible from the NVR or IVMS software, but channel 0 wont show those camera not directly attached
