This team that went 1-11 got absolutely blown out in 9 to10 of them. I completely understand why he shot straight from the hip with them. They have big work to do. Him bringing in hungry hbcu players is really going to light a fire up under them boys. I love everything about this. I feel just like everybody else in the comments. Coach Sanders got me wanting to do some up-downs and run some routes! Much respect.

This speech has motivated me to go back to school to get my masters in my profession. My profession has nothing to do with football...I'm a nurse. I've been procrastinating because I have ADD and didn't think I could do on line classes. Oh, and I'm 50 years old but I'm coming to be the best I can. I hope to one day be motivational not like Deon, but like me by way of Deon. This man is simply a BLESSING.

After the TCU game, now everyone understands why this speech was so impactful. Coach did not kick anybody off the team... THEY QUIT. Let them go somewhere else where they can take that loosing attitude. And for those that left after the Spring scrimmage, thinking they were gonna hurt Prime and the Buffs... you could have been on national TV constantly with the whole world talking about you! Coach Prime is a one of a kind individual and I pray he has the continued blessings God has for him!💯💯
