Love the statement coach Prime made about if the qbs throw a garbage pass they are the ones that need to go get the ball. In this day of age where qbs leave if they aren't starting day 1 so many coaches created a culture of how it's never the quarterbacks fault and put the blame on the oline, wrs, and rbs. The accountable is real with this team and will show on game day.

I can truly respect the, “don’t bring your problems to work!” I had a supervisor in the military who made our work lives a living hell when she was mad at her husband. We would go to her husband’s office and beg him to apologize for whatever he had done. We even ordered flowers from the base florist for her and had the note say they were from her husband. Sometimes threw in a stuffed animal. 🤷🏽‍♀️It was that serious🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Coach Prime my hat’s off to you sir on that.

I wish people would view and listen before commenting; he said academics are important and first, you come up with D's and F's he will first pull you, put you in academic assistance/help and you have a chance to get back. He did not say you will immediately be kicked off the team. Big difference, help and opportunity with care

Coach Prime knows how to develop MEN “regardless” of who gets offended. He’s taking these young men THROUGH the highly unpopular BREAKDOWN phase. They’re going through a Soldier’s regimen ie every player wears the same thing, etc. Their personalities will be subdued for a while as they go through pain together!!! As they develop a genuine love for each other they will support each other and that is when (win or lose games initially), they are gonna be a team that will battle you for 4 quarters. The last phase will manifest itself when they start winning consistently and THIS is when we’ll see all of these young men’s full personalities. They’ll be having fun just being around each other, playing NOT FOR SELF, but truly for each other and that is where the magic happens! Coach Prime taking a few hits from those in the media who prefer not to give him the same latitude they conveniently allow other coaches in building a program from a loser to a winner, but don’t let the flash and jokes fool ya…underneath he and his staff definitely know the destination they’re inspiring, encouraging and yes sometimes aggravating these young men towards!

I love the fact that Coach Prime displays a time and place for everything. He knows when to cut up and fool around but he also knows when to pull on the reins to make sure they stay focused and not become complacent. That is truly the sign of a good leader; especially when there are goals involved.

The world is watching and they know that Colorado is coming and if they are not focused, those goals will not be obtained.

This is military mentality. The only difference is, you will NEVER get a video of whats going on behind closed doors; but I assure you the messages are parallel to military training.

Great job Coach Prime. This is gonna help the team and staff stay focused because the distractions/detractors are coming too.
