BIG thanks to our sponsors be quiet!, Lian Li, ViewSonic, Phanteks, and Deepcool for sending us to CES 2019. We hope you enjoy our coverage!

In case you're wondering, the Assassin III was cooling an all-core 5GHz overclocked i9 9900K. Remember that every CPU is slightly different, so we'll test this in-house and compare it with other air coolers. MSRP: $99.99

Holy crap, does that air cooler have it's own gravitational field?
That thing is THICC!

My strategy for not having to worry about pressure in my custom loop is to have the fill valve open and run a cpu gpu test where the computer will get the hottest (usually a rainbow 6 siege scenario and lower resolution till I get the highest cpu and gpu usage) then let the loop to equalize. Once it’s as hot as it will get I close the fill valve. That way when it is at its hottest it will equal outside pressure and be at a slight vacuum when cooler. Yes it keeps at least most of its vacuum because when I change fluid every 4-5 months you can hear the air rushing in when I open the valve.

And guess what, it doesn't have RGB.

Teach it like a expansion tank system for mechanical and plumbing systems. Easy to explain. Just sounds like it is a reverse style system that shrinks instead of bladder expansion with pressure spikes.

Could u turn a air cooler with copper pipes into a water cooler by cutting open the copper pipes adding water fittings/water pump.?

Do an in-depth review of this aircooler at your studio. A comparison with AIOs at this price point/similar would be awesome.

A relief valve, like a car has on it's rad that dumps it into an overflow tank. Surprised it took this long for someone to think of that

Is that AMD TDP or Intel TDP? Because I am pretty sure they both play pretty hard and loose with those things. I can't remember where but I heard Intel bases it on Wattage consumed and AMD does it by heat.

Is this Assassin III better than than the Noctua NH-D-15 ?

I got the Noctua NH-D15, So I can understand what it's like to have an insanely beefy CPU tower that can house two 140mm fans, only thing I'm happy for is it was simple to install and can be nice and quiet while kinda looking good, downside is the aesthetics of having the gross brown color that really contrasts my build's colour orientation

Finally I am able to cool my 8350 St 4.1ghz

wouldnt you have to INCREASE the volume to relieve pressure? decreasing volume in closed system would increase pressure wouldnt it?
