There is no heat dissipation, that's a water tank, not a radiator. It's not blowing any heat off whatsoever.

On a serious note, the newest ROG phone has a liquid cooling system in it. Quite impressive given the size.

Your screen does most of the heat radiation. Kinda .... Just get a red magic phone that is made for gaming and has vapor chamber cooling along with active fans inside with vents allowing good airflow.

Get a tower, Grab cube of ice, wrap cube of ice with tower, apply on back of your phone. The tower will keep the ice from melting too fast and give enough cooling for your phone
