Take Avocado 🥑 Cut it in cube then add Greek yogurt, Salt, Half a lemon, and Some Garlic cloves grind it make it a smooth paste then spread it on toasted Bread and sprinkle some red chilli flakes and honey and eat.. will take you to the heaven 😍😍

Its not ripe if its hard to cut. Mush it around ur hand if its soft its ripe, if its really hard keep it in some rice for a day or two till its riped

The avocado was not ready for better you can deep it in a rice bag for 3-4 days and it’s good to go

It has to be ripe and soft. You cut it too early (looking at it - it’s has 4 days to go to ripen)

1- Thats green, it was not ready to eat
2- Avocado by it self doesnt taste very well, except for some weirdos.
3- Just adding salt and lime it get better by alot… and the lime is optional.

Idea 1: Use it for sandwich in thin slices
Idea 2: cut it in squares and mix it in salads (I love it in tuna salad)
Idea 3: Mix it with minium of milk or water untill it becomes a thick sauce, you can do it in a blender and at the end add some small chopped onions and tomato also cilantro if you want
