This has been a wow moment for me as a 3 year player. Using similar phrases backwards and fires between the scales, and using the 2 minor notes in that Scale pattern, same with the major scale, like a conversation …… Awesome lesson,

For anyone wondering, the D major pentatonic shapes he’s playing is the same as B minor, which is the relative minor of D major . Mixing major and minor is my fav thing to do on guitar … the BB box is a perfect example of this . Great lesson . 👍🏼
