i really agree with capt on the point made at 15:00, many things we buy that are expensive normally get outdated and useless. I used to build my own gaming rigs that cost a few thousand bucks but i'm sure within 10 years it will become absolute trash. Quality guitars on the other hand, if they are good at the point of buying them, they'll keep being a treasure for years and years to come

The best thing I get out of these videos (besides a good laugh and info) is ideas. I am a solo bedroom jammer and my playing partner is a looper pedal, which is Lee. Lee lays down the rhythm and Rob (the overdub) comes in and solo's over it. Like the first jam @ 6:50

I've still got the first one I bought, I've had it 32 years and its never let me down, screams at the right point whether I've got my fingers in EXACTLY the right place or not, whispers and sighs in all the right places when I do and how it growls - love will make you take those kinds of risks :-)
