I’ve definitely noticed if I am occupied and don’t eat while high I’m good, but once I start eating BOOM I black out and binge lol... best thing to do is eat before getting high and don’t eat at all while high only drink water. I swear it will help!

I used to go food shopping whilst high, not a good idea. I spent a fortune and i would come home with a load of crap.

For me, eating a meal before smoking reduces the munchies greatly cuz im already full. It also works for me when I prepare what im gonna eat for when im high, that way I pick out the munchies when im conscious and not in that ravenous, feral state.

Tommy Chong said his favorite munchies food is celery. Good for dry mouth, and you can’t eat too much of it.

Weed changes your state of mind, it’s inevitable to resist food unless there is none near you. I always lose to my cravings but ehh YOLO

I fill up on sugar free jello. It covers that flavor craze and fills my stomach and is good for my nails. Besides, there's always room for jello. I make it before I get baked so it's ready when I need it. Especially good since I'm type 2 diabetic.

Lately I’ve been getting the munchies a lot. If I take an edible or have a day off and smoke, by the end of that day I’d have gained 10 pounds in food. Of course after getting back to my regular diet and being disciplined I’ll be back at my normal weight in 5-7 days.

It just sucks though because no matter my mindset, when I’m high think of food I always find a way to eat it despite what I keep telling myself

Chewing gum actually makes your stomach believe you are going to get food and creates an acid which makes you hungry
