Hands down the best X-men movie they have made. Even the music was amazing. I'm actually disappointed they gave it back to Singer after Vaughn did such a great job. The fact that they ditched Henry Jackman alone tells me Singer doesn't realize what made first class so special.

I used to listen to this theme studying for finals back in college. Now, as I prepare to apply to a writers fellowship, I’ve found it again. It is giving me the necessary push and inspiration I’ve been missing! Superb track. Superb film. McAvoy and Fassbender as prof x and magneto were the perfect!!! Chills

You know I've given it a lot of thought and First Class might be my favourite X-Men movie. Don't get me wrong, I really like X-Men, X2 and Last Stand and all the others, but seeing Wolverine being the center of all of 'em was getting boring. DOFP is the exception where it has everyone being the center of everything.
This one was really fresh and the characters were exactly that : characters with complex personalities. From Xavier, Raven, Hank, Erik, Shaw and all the others too, the chemistry between all the actors was just great. And seeing the creation of the X-Men was something I always wanted to see.
