Bought 8 Imou cruiser and all make false alarms constantly even though they are adjusted all the way down in sensitivity, the app is really good but with all the false alarms they are sent back to where they were bought and looking for something else.

Igot 2 imou crusier 4 mega Its great but the sd card ask for format every tow days i talked support tram they told me format it as fat 32 i did but the problem is still do you have any ideis to fix this problem and not lose more videos please on sd car its not my problem only im using 64 giga kingston orginal ? I bought 2 IMOU cameras for the first and last time.
They make updates every 2 weeks.
Until the moment they installed me for the last time without allowing them the last update.
Now the sd card doesn't work anymore, it asks me to format it every time I log in and any notification pops up.
Although I wrote to them about the problem, I did not receive any reply.
The camera is still good, but it's annoying and I gave up on it, the outdoor one.
They update until the moment you can't use SD card anymore because they shove their paid online storage area down your throat.
And so you can't download any recording from the card to the phone.
Better in terms of price, quality and many options are those from Xiaomi.
