Hi fajira, I got this same letter on the 20th. Telling me my former sponsor lost its license since September last year. I have already gotten another sponsor and have applied for a new BRP since April 3rd this year and I’m yet to hear from Home office regarding my application only to get a notification of revocation of the license of my former sponsor on the 20th.

A part of the letter also says we can apply for another visa once we get another sponsor. I have done that since April 3rd. What should I do at this point? Thanks

Hi Fajira, It was just a coincidence that your relative got the letter shortly after her interview. Hone office has been sending out license revocation and visa curtailment letter of recent to lots of people.

why are they reporting, it doesn't make sense. They just want to confirm if she is still legal... and not reporting if actually they did since she didn't pass the job interview

Okay all these people who are having their licences and status revoked, who were the ones that brought them in? The tories. Now who is the one asking them to leave now? The Labour Party. That says it all.

How smart can one be? Is it possible to hide your visa status during your interview process? They will definitely ask and you cannot afford to lie about it anyways.

Hi fajira I got my COS on Thursday but its states that the date of my work start date is 19 August next month and am yet to do my visa application.
What can happen if my visa is not out before that ?

Hi Fajira, that's not true. She wasn't reported by any organization. The message was sent to all individuals whose licenses were revoked but haven't received 60 days mail. This email is a recent change aimed at helping them find another sponsor. At the bottom of the letter, there is an email address for an organization that can assist in finding a sponsor, which is part of the new system. Please don't mislead people and make them scared of applying and looking for new sponsors ; no organization is reporting anyone. Also, this message was sent in place of the new BRP E visa that people without issues on their visa got.
