If u can’t power slide here’s some things that helped me: lean on your heel side of ur foot when sliding, to initiate a slide you have to be going medium-fast speed and you have to do a subtle hop and push your back wheels out from the concave of the board not the bolts. It’s also way easier to end the slide in switch than it is to stop or revert back but maybe that’s just me. Also carving into the slide can help; if you’re going for a front side powerslide carve front side(turning ur chest towards your front foot) and vice versa for backside

Backside powerslides are easy as hell but get gloves and if you are going fast enough get long boarding gloves with the slick slide pad

Manual power slide is exactly how blunts are easy. Especially on rails. It’s just an Ollie over to a tail slide. I like Nollie backside noseblunts and fakie flip backside noseblunts
