Iron armor - its good for extra protection and its quite affordable because you dont have to spend hours looking for diamonds
Stack of dirt - its useful when you fall to a ditch and cant get out
Shovel - you can collect dirt and sand a lot faster
Ender chest - you can take it anywhere and have easy acces to your tools and materials
