The Power of Words

Some of my best lessons have come from my dear friends! The concept in the power of our words is something my friend and first producing partner Kerry "Krucial" Brothers put me on to.

I wanted to remind us to be conscious of the words we use daily, especially now.

Words are absolutely powerful, they can either build you up or tear you down. That's why I speak affirmations over myself especially when I am at my lowest points. Every time I remind myself of who I am despite feeling depressed at times, the words literally help to lift my Spirit and stand back in my Goddesshood.

Some few years ago I was living in a 2 bed apartment, doing a regular 9-5 and using public transport.

I discovered the ancient laws of spirituality from many different religions (every religion teaches this) and started using it.

Today l live in a 7 bedroom country house, have my own company and l drive a 4 wheel with personal number plates.

The message of the ‘secret’ is simple and miracles will happen. kindness, the law of karma, do unto others, cause and effect etc. I shared this knowledge with my family and friends who also saw results. This s* actually works. Stay blessed.

I feel called out, cause I learned myself that you attract what you think of, the power of thoughts is believe and putting energy to this belief but also I remember you saying this about how powerful words are and we become what we say to the world, how the world will hear me if I dont speak up? speaking up is the most brave battle we can face for ourselves. I am sat with those words and can see that at times in my life, I have felt that I didnt deserve or belong the things rewarded to me. Through growth I have learned to appreciate my family my friends and my own talents skills and thirt for understanding, that has now taken me on a beautiful journey.

There has been many stumbling blocks and I realise now, its repetition of lessons that I must resolve to keep understanding and opening up the true essence of who I am and what I am about.

He always would tell me "You have not cuz you ask not" that saying stuck in my head. One day i needed to make money. I had a idea to make tamales and sell them. Only problem was i didnt have a big pot. But i stayed positive and i knew one would be provided. My sister and i were driving down a dirt road no houses for miles. I asked God to help me find a pot. With in seconds on the side of the dirt road there was a brand new pot. I just said thank you. My sister asked me how did i know I was going to get a pot today. I couldnt explain it. I just knew.
