Let's make one thing clear: the Boost Bug is an issue Valve needs to fix and the content creators who made videos on ragdolls were just exploring the game and aren't at fault here. If that wasn't already painfully obvious don't direct any hate towards them, or anyone for that matter. Thanks.

i played this game for 20 yrs and supported it while being punished constantly by cheaters then they got greedy AND ruined it AGAIN. i literally have 0 interest in ever coming back...

But they had to remove jump binds and with that made bunnyhopping almost impossible. Im really loosing hope for this game

Collision definitely, is the core issue here. It's not just with the boost bug, but there seems to be invisible edges protruding slightly from almost every wall and surface with verticality on every map and you can get stuck, even if there's no corners, and your feet are obviously on the ground. I mean, there's still pixel boosts, which were a thing in csgo, but I think the maps and charactermodels all need collision work done on them.

There is also the aim punch bug where it will look like a player is hit by your bullet but take no damage. It works both ways. You could get aim punched for nothing. It doesn't happen a lot but it is really weird....unless said enemy player is toggling a script that makes their charactermodel look like it's recoiling from being hit...but when I get "hit" for no damage, it throws off my crosshair like aim punch would.

Copy and paste CS2 into Claude 3.5 Sonnet and say "Please fix this game." It'll come back fine.

thjs also means they are not clearing up stuff between the round properly. which is why Vram is still filled though at a slower rate.

Hilarious that random human beings are pointing the problem and also giving the solution to the multi-billion dollar company. If it was 10 years ago it would probably be okay but now it's just plain ignorance by Valve.

BRO it would be so much easier to just hire 10 additional developers so we dont have to wait days / weeks for small patches like this. How can valve be so stubborn?
