The second option is a GUI tool that includes support for adding users to groups, managers, scriptpath, homefolder, log file and much more. It is a great alternative for those that don't want to mess with scripts or needs advanced options.
The best part about using these methods is it will save you a hours of manual work. The PowerShell script uses the New-ADUser cmdlet to import users. You will need to look at the parameters if you want to make modifications to the script.
