just an FYI, you can run a 16" wheel as long as it has no more* than 4.5" of Backspacing and 0 offset OR a negative offset. I see so many people thinking they have to get rid of their 16s when either a wheel spacer will help OR the wheels they are looking at fit. I currently run maxtrac spindles, 2" wheel spacers (mostly now because my 315s will not clear the UCAs and I want my baja fenders filled out) and a 16x8 wheel with 4.5" backspacing and 0 offset and they cleared perfectly before I put my spacers back on

Do the cv axles stay straight after installing this kit ? Because with coilovers the cv axles get high angles and tear easy

Would a 16x8 0 offset work? 285/75/16 bfg all terrain tires backspacing on my wheels are 4.5 for the 4" inch maxtrac spindle lift . I know they say minimum is 17 inch wheel . But my wheel spec is on point beside its being 16 inch only .

Is that really a 2wd? I'm only asking because it's a TRD and it should be 4x4. I have a 2wd SR5 2016 Tacoma and I really want to do this lift.

So what's the point of the front spindles if the rear axle isn't any higher??
Only makes sense if you can straddle things you couldn't before.
Yes, I hate cosmetic suspension mods.

I have a 2016 Tacoma and installed the 6.5 Maxtrac- 2wd lift I have 20, 000 mile on the truck not one problem yet with 18 inch rims I would like to upgrade to 20 inch rims what back spacing do I need. ?

I got a 2016 Tacoma sport 4x4 ..I went on the max track website and it only has it for a 2wd, do you think it will work if I install it?

How did you balance the front end and back end out? I'm looking at the same lift and it says a 6.5 inch lift in the front and 4 inches in the back.
