Proof of Trace(log(A)) = log(det(A)) for non-singular square matrix A
Показать описание
This is one of the most important identities often used in Physics and Maths. This formula connects three important things: Trace, Determinant, and Logarithm of the matrix. The trace and determinant are invariant properties of the matrix under various different transformations. The trace is defined as the sum of the diagonal elements of a square matrix. Note: "1" usually implies the Identity matrix and should be clear from the context.
